Although most participants like to change into more comfortable or loose fitting clothing for class (shorts or work out pants, a T-shirt, etc), plenty of participants have enjoyed a yoga session in a button up shirt and slacks, or jeans.


How Often Should We Offer Yoga in Our Office?

Most companies decide based on the availability of an open board room and the time and resources of their company. They usually begin with once a week classes and add more as needed.

Depending on your needs, the program normally includes a series of classes running for eight to ten weeks. Ongoing or one-off classes are also possible. Please contact me to discuss options.
